since neocities has strict file size and type limits, i can't directly host any files i wish to share on this site. that being said, i've hosted them myself and you can download them using a bittorrent client. for those that don't know how to do that, i've made a quick guide for the purposes of this website.
if none of the downloads work, please yell at me to fix my network ports at your earliest convenience.

- DIY HRT archive, offline backup of several DIY HRT resources (use active ones if you can since this information will be more out of date, but i figured it'd be better to have a slightly worse copy than none at all)
